I was playing around in EasyToon when I first got it, and make a small little animation of a character of mine making a portal (way to travel in my story). I didn't pay much mind to timing, so it was very blocky, but I recently (read: five minutes ago) went back and played around with it.

But something still seems off.

So I need some help with timing in the tiny animation (below). If anyone has any advice, comments, etc, they'd be very helpful.
