The use of colors is really nice. Green and Blue blend very well together on this painting.

Ah, this is gorgeous. <3 You did a wonderful job with making it very artistic, having the lineart, a background flat of deep green and then adding in nice blush and detail in certain areas.. Though my favorite part must be the magic swirly things. They've got wonderful enegry, texture, fading... and they're just cute.. <3
Her expression is wonderful and fitting, too. You're really well-suited to comics. (I say that because I know some talented artists, but they can't capture motion and expression well enough to make successful comics, no matter how pretty they make their characters. You do both wonderfully.)
