I think she would be in so much emotional distress (  ) that she won't realize that until later. Most likely people will be like "why is she running" than looking at her arm.

if a Komodo dragon, 2 Chihuaha's, Several mongoose (or is it Mongeese? or Mongooses?) and a daschund called Colin were involved then I know what happened.
