The head is too large (try measuring it to the bottom of the neck to the mid-chest for measurement), and the mouth is a bit too far to the left. The legs also seem a bit too long. The left arm (his left, that is) is also a bit too far up and shouldn't be as visible as it is. I do like how you drew the sword (even if it is a bit tilted), and the collared shirt is done well. I have trouble with those, so I admire people who can do them well.
