Wow, my first post here. I've been stalking Haru-Sari forever, and visit the forums sometimes. Sorry for not commenting before, but I absolutely adore Haru-sari. <33 Espeically now, with the connections (some of them, at least :P) being explained. . . <3
That said, I've always wondered by keiii isn't listed with any webcomic listings, like the popular TopWebComics. I love this comic and it's my favorite (and I follow probably 10 really good comics actively), but it's not as popular as some others I've read, for lack of promotion, I think. If keiii joined TWC and had a small voting link on the front page, I'm sure Haru-Sari would quickly become one of the top comics (or should). I'd like to see this webcomic get the attention it deverses (despite wanting it all for myself <3). Keiii, is this because you don't want to worry about the commerical side of it, and add pressure? I can understand if you just want it to be a personal, fun thing, but.. I'd really love to support Haru-Sari and vote for you.
Otherwise, there's always fanart... >3
Just asking if there's any specfic reason. <3 |

No real reason, other than laziness. ^^; I love working on the comic, and I love talking to other people about the story and the characters, but everything else is a chore. I need a marketing/promotions manager. XD
The webcomic list vote thingie seems like a catch-22. You need the votes to get popular, but you need to be popular to get the votes? I'm just not sure how well it would work for Haru-Sari.
And...  Glad you've been enjoying the comic so far! Any favorite scenes or characters?
I can't wait to get to the plot climax. I wanna hear what people will think of it~ |

xDD I saw this and it's like wow, keiiii really replied! It's always strange when you talk to your idols for the first time, isn't it? @__@
Ah, that's what I figured. And yeah.. It is hard to get started, I bet. Maybe you could get some other comics to plug you, though, as you just joined the listing? If I can get a few webcomic artists to say they would, would you be interested?

Hmm... I'm not sure if I have a favorite scene, but my favorite character right now is young Cygnet. Crazy angry pretty shirtless elf yay! xD And I reallllyy love the line "oops, did I just break that door?" Not breaking it down, but locking it and ruining it's function. That's just such an epic original line. x3 <3 And just 'cause I was looking at the chapter covers trying to think of my favorites (I love the whole thing, really <3), I want to throw out there that my favorite chapter cover is probably chapter three. June looks so cute. >w< But I also like bloody Cygnet on 11, and double-date 14. And of course 20, that one's just beautiful. ..and 19, that's some cool lighting... *shot*
Mhm, I'm sure it's gonna be [a great climax]. @__@ You've done a great job keeping things suspensful and flowing the whole time. Though it'll be a little sad, because it means the end is nearing.. Hey, this is premature, but do you have any plans for when Haru-Sari's finished?

That would be awesome if you can get a few popular webcomic people to do that, as long as you don't have to bug them too much for it. XD;; If you already talk to those people on casual terms, then I guess it'd be okay.
Cygnet is rather special, isn't he? 
I have no specific post-HS plans at this time. I'm telling myself that I shouldn't embark on any more long term projects like this one, though. I'll probably go back to focusing on my non-sequential art, but we'll see how that goes. |
