I dunno what the guideline is for art here, I don't really have any Haru-Sari-related stuff (yet) but figured I'd post anyway since I'd dumped this everywhere else I go. Most of these characters have deep, complex stories behind them that could take hours to explain so uh ask if you want.
Should probably warn there's some low-level blood and gore in some of them but probably nothing too dramatic.
Hayt doodles

Started drawing Sun Jie (Hayt's ma) but ended up just drawing Hayt

Controlled manifestation. In a hoodie for some reason.
Usui Katsurou, Kurama's daddy and the man Di stole the Bloody Throne from. Ironically, Katsurou's demon manifested again in Hayt and was the one to slay Di.
Ima doodles
T2 doodle on the left, fiddling with t3 Ima on the right. Short hair doesn't quite cut it =/
Hacked to bits and still awesome.

Forgotten Sword concepts
Aphrael, the final boss. No spoilers here, move along.
Eliza, the Ilian lord.
Tristan, the Western lord.
Shoddy Uther, our Lycian lord. We already had sprites for him so I didn't feel much effort was necessary.
Eagler concept with horrifically disfigured head and terrible body.
Harken needs to be way younger =/
Isadora is lulzy.
Random Junk
'Noble Di' was this story I was fiddling with covering Sun Di's life before he was cursed with the Felsworn. It was going to portray Di as a heroic man who sacrificed his wife, home and accepted the image of tyranny for the rest of his life in order to play his role in important events.

Eurydice Augusta, my golden sun character.
Vergil mugshot copied from the manga for practice purposes.
Nosocks makes me wet inside. Also copied.
Don't call Szarke small or she'll shove a portable nuke down your pants.

This is Alan Delecroix. He is a sleeping god, a firestorm of cosmic energy. Fortunately, he doesn't know it and mostly just makes an idiot of himself and talks nonsense.

And yes. I spent more time on Aphrael than I have anything in ages. She's the final boss, she's gotta look awesome :B

same here I cannot do comics I did one lost it and then changed the storyline of it.

You have a Walmart or arts/crafts store nearby? I saw on your profile that you are from Australia - I don't know the shops there. 
I use Sakura Pigma Micron: http://www.google.com/products?q=sakura+pigma+micron+black&btnG=Search+Products&hl=en&show=dd
If you're going traditional, watercolors might be worth looking into. (I'm biased on this since I love watercolors).
If you're going digital, look into programs Photoshop and Painter. |
Well with programs, You can start with paint.net. I like it a lot because I Paintshop is too advanced for me, (plus the money).

Kind of. I'm currently working concept and design for a non-profit project, a prequel to Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken. By 'non-profit project' I mean 'fan-made game.'
It's a start though, right?

Cybelle, Ilian mercenary. I'm not gonna attempt a pegasus at this point in time.

Bonechewer, Maelstrom, Catastrophe and Rebirth. Again, no idea.

@Anaranen; Funny you should ask. I stumbled across this tutorial a while ago, and used it (or an approximation of it, since I use GIMP now) ever since.
@DM; I'm thinking of trying to finish the bloody thing, but it was an out-of-character strip where my roleplaying characters discussed events in the RP. Ima confronts Hayt about Hayt claiming Amaranth for his adventure, when she was planned to RP with Ima. It wouldn't make much sense if you didn't go to Skylessia xD
