Hey, what if this elf is the Host? That would explain why Phoenix had to blow him up-- Alberich can't have anyone discovering the de-elfing thing.
Although, there is still the question of Phoenix's loyalty T__T

Alas, poor Kitty... I had to make it inflammation because I used "-itis". And I used "-itis" because I was super tired and couldn't think of any other medical suffix. .....I suppose some sort of edema would have been better.... ah well.

And since electricity in Haru-sari's world is produced by elves...well....electricity burns are just as bad, I guess...0.0
Though coming to think about it...Alberich is still technically an elf then? 
Well, we know that he still at least have traces of elf-ness in him, as detected by Chi. But can he still use his powers like he was an elf? Or has he given so much power away that he's basically human now? (He at least still need to be able to give his powers away right? That counts as a magical technique, no?)
